* Replace metadata crawling with an IFrame API-based query for YouTube, which should mitigate ongoing changes on YouTube's part.

* Netlify is now being used to host the pages, as the DuckDNS solution has its own problems, where users from China are then excluded. Some ISPs also block it.

Previous solutions with Cloudflare Pages were tried, but unfortunately the pages are heavily restricted in Russia.
This is not a permanent solution; a long-term solution must be found!

+ Implement distance-based volume attenuation for all media player entities

new cvars:
mediaplayer_proximity_min (def: 100)
mediaplayer_proximity_max (def: 1000)
