Further tweaks to TopPanel.lua and TopPanel.xml to include a count of Luxury Resources (thank you, lockstep, via Happiness and Growth Indicators mod) for monitoring whether any excess resources are available for trading. Also tweaked TopPanel_Expansion2.lua.
