Added Karem-Bornu, Turan, and Tartar regions. Swapped Tahert(Algeria) to Blue to represent the Zayyanid Kingdom and Africa(Tunisia) to a Yellow-Green to represent the Hafsid Kingdom.

Fixed localization of Baltic & West-Slavic titles. Fixed color-changes for Brittany, India, & Britain. Added color-changes for Scandinavia & North Africa.
