This is a hotfix for Digested Head obtaining.

The Deep Sea: Added a chest with a Digested Head in it.
The Basement: Digested Head Chest exchanged for Rogue's Hand
Iron Giant: Steam Clean is used after 1 -> 2 debuffs detected (same as Great Gonzales)
Havoc Skytank: Steam Clean is used after 1 -> 2 debuffs detected (same as Great Gonzales)
Midgardsormr: Silent Flash now only copies the target's buffs
Enami: Restored lost Digested Head
Flan Cubed: Added Digested Head to loot
Undergrowth: Added Digested Head to loot
Ruby Dragon: Added Digested Head to loot
Ability: Steam Clean: Added a description clarifying its mechanic

Clash at the Sun Palace (Quest): A confusing step requiring you to hit an unrelated switch before reaching the Sun Palace Foyer has been removed. Also a certain bug related to the boss has been fixed.
The Undercity (Quest): Scrubbed further references to the Saboteur
Shadowmaster (Capital Sequoia): Renamed and changed sprite
Shafta (Capital Sequoia): Changed sprite
Bound Dragoon (The Undercity): Rewrote his dialogue
Matilda (Capital Sequoia): Fixed her sprite when she levels up
Big Gacha: Updated his inventory with a surprise for finishing the Sun Palace questline

Status
Berserk: "Apathy is Death" no longer affects enemies

This is to fix a softlock, hence the hasty patch. Sadly, this means enemies can use actions that Defend while Berserk, while you cannot. The limitations of the engine.

Still v3.21

This is a sort of 'finalized' v3.21 release that includes the readme in the asset folder. This version is set in stone and won't be updated until 4.0 is released barring a major bug.

I'm cleaning up my terms of asset use to comply with finalbossblues' terms as stated on his Patreon FAQ (https://www.patreon.com/posts/patron-faq-50873907) as well as other creators. I apologize for any confusion, but the assets included in this mod now and in future versions shouldn't be used for other projects.
