This is a hotfix for Ultima Weapon's Flare Star

I also rebuffed Trigger Happy a little bit and corrected some names.

General
All Unused Vanilla: Went and clicked through each to get rid of any dirty edits. This should improve compatibility with Equipment Expansion.

Duane: Fixed a bug where he reverted to vanilla after a certain point

Master's Scroll: X-Fight Potency Reduced from 72/25/0/25 -> 20/20/0/20 (Yes, this nerf is large; It is still about 125% of a basic attack w/o buffs or crits.)

Trigger Happy: Is now random target

People were basically using Trigger Happy on Gunner and nothing else. It is still by far Gunner's best burst move (and one of the strongest) but over time using the other artes should hit harder, giving you more of a reason to hold off.

Berserk was causing too many issues in its current state. Now, it no longer overwrites your sub-job and simply flatlines your AP instead.
