Mod Release:

- Changed the defines under NDynasty to a legacy perk base cost of 100, and changed the perk cost multiplier to 100.
- Changed DYNASTY_VIEW_LEGACY_EXPLANATION localization to state that subsequent perks cost 100 more each time.
