Added patches for Outland - Genetics and Anthrosonae.
Ignore the typo in the file names, it's harmless and already fixed on my end, so the next time I update it'll correct.

Added patches for Biotech Expansion Mammalia and Mythic.
Figured out how to do batch patching operations, updated the AFU patch to use them to save a few bytes.
