- Fixed an issue with Noodle flies that caused them to die while entering a den

- Deer can now be manually controlled without killing them (grab them and eat them)

- Miros Vultures and Miros Birds can no longer be controlled from being bitten by them (different from being eaten)
- Some creatures can no longer be revived (can be toggled by restricted creatures option)
- Fixed a crash when restarting the game (with devtools) while still in flight mode as a Vulture
- Pebbles no longer continues speaking if the player leaves the room prematurely
