- just some small fixes: Orlghelovar reform had the same requirement as Er-Natvir ( owning Er-Natvir ) and is now fixed,
Krughdihr reform was not available, now is.

The new government type has left me with some doubts on wheter that was a good idea or not. I would like to know some of your thoughts on this matter, so it would be appreciated if you wish to leave a comment in the discussion section.

This is the last update i will post for some time as i have my exams coming up in the next 1/2 months. If you encounter a bug i will fix it but there will not be new content until i am finished.

- fixed an issue with expedition camps not costing any money and the player was not able to build more than one
- added 4 new exploration events to add a bit of variety and tweaked a bit outcomes' probabilities.
- Added a new government type: dwarovar government.
Dwarovar government features: works exactly like a monarchy and has all monarchy reforms, but has 2 new reform tiers and almost* every hold you conquer unlocks a government reform which characterize that hold. You can change gov type through decision after having a dig level 3 capital and 2 other dig level 2 holds.

*= holds outside of the serpentspine (except ovdal tungr) and the 3 holds around amldihr do not unlock anything right now .

Q: why did i add a new gov type instead of just doing the reforms?
A: I did it in order to not overwrite anbennar government files and mantain the mod's best compatibility with every Anbennar version, it was really a tedious job ngl.

- deleted the search for ancient dwarven knowledge decision as it was too buggy and didn't give any satisfaction and substituted it with expedition camps.
- added expedition camps, buildable through decision in provinces during an expedition. Having an expedition camp in a province during an expedition will trigger additional events ( currently there is only 1 event with 5 different outcomes. If you like the mechanic let me know and i will add some more ).

- added Gor Burad content, 7 events which compose a small scale "disaster" and rewards. All is unlocked by exploration of dig levels 4-7, 45% probability to trigger at level 4 and 5, 90% at level 6 and 7.
- some localization fixes.
- fixed the infinite search for adk decision, hopefully.

- monuments around almdihr have been moved, repurposed or deleted as they were kind of not integrated inside the mod.
- added mithradum content, 4 events, a special unit and a monument has been repurposed for it.
- added dur-vazathun? monument and initial event. (will be expanded later)
- added ovdal tungr content, 2 events and 1 flagship modification.
- added Hehodovar content, 2 events and 1 building.
- the 6000+ lines of code used for the exploration menu have been rewritten with newly acquired modding knowledge into a 1000 lines. This doesn't change anything for the user but let me update/add content more easily and i will not have to kill myself if anbennar decides to change some hold's province IDs
