Overhaul to Needler damage, tracking and shield impacts
Adjustment to Plasma Pistol charge damage flags to prevent one-shotting Elites
Reduced Knight Daemon grenade frequency
Promethean Covenant Elites now use Promethean (Knight) shields
Overhauled Flashlight logic
Adjustments to Chief's armor color
Modified color grading on Dawn to be more consistent
Adjusted enemy encounter and added more crates in area before airlock on Dawn
Adjusted some glass materials to look more obvious and natural
Modified color grading on Requiem to be more consistent
Adjusted grass and land terrain color on Requiem to be less bright and more natural

Version 8.1:
Huge amount of fixes for Spartan Ops scripts and game-breaking bugs
Adjusted Covenant Carbine AI fire rates
Adjusted color grading on Reclaimer
Adjusted color grading on Quarry, Sniper Alley, Fortress, Lockup and Cyclone (Spartan Ops)
Adjusted the effects of Tillson and the gang getting composed
Added blood to dead marines at the beginning of Infinity
Scattershot now glows red
Phantoms are now properly destructible with visual feedback
Fixed inconsistent human turret heat generation
Radio transmission prompts now always appear in the proper spot
Cleaned up & fixed many tag and map errors
And of course the usual bug fixes (as I find em)
