+Reworked the Scout Exo-Frame. It has been split in two.

+Added bandaid fix by getting rid of some <SuitableTreatment> componets. this should fix AI Bots using meds.

+Refactored the robot immunities. Should be less performance intensive and work better, added new immunities for some outliars.
+Medical items are no longer consumed by robots. Say goodbye to AI with 2% lacerations eating all your morphine!
