Tons UI Sound Improvements

- new handmade "level up" sound

- changed "lock on" UI sounds
- changed "crafting completed UI sound", to make it unique for each category
- changed sound when "scrolling UI"
- changed sound when "applying settings"
- changed sound when "restoring settings"
- changed radial menu sounds
- changed the sound when "seeing ghosts" (I'm not responsible for any spoiled pants)
- changed swimming audio to be different volumes when fast swimming vs normal swimming

- lowered volume for discovering "POIs"
- lowered volume for player footsteps

- rebalanced some UI sounds to be below clipping threshold (wont explode your ears anymore)

- Slightly Reduced Volume of Armor Noise
- Slighly raised the volume for desert day wind sounds
- Improved sounds of Climbing (only triggers while going directly upwards)

- Reduced volume for huge NPC steps
- Reduced volume of falling to the ground

- Raised volume for swimming and changed the tone of the sounds slightly
- Raised volume for all "normal cue" footsteps and removed the "boomy" fx
- Raised volume for drawing and steathing weapons and removed the "Boomy" sound fx
- Raised volume for Armor Noises
- Raised volume for Bandages and Potions
- Raised volume for Climbing since it seems the fixed the cue.

- Changed the sound of the fully charged bow to not explode your ears when shooting it
- Changed the sound of drawig your spear to sound less like a clown juggling microphones

Implemented Climbing sounds, again

Changed leather armor rattle sounds

Reverted Wind sounds to default
Reverted Storm, Thunder and Rain Sounds to default
Reverted Jewelry and Jewelry Armor rattle to default

LOWERED ALL BIG FOOTSTEPS volume BY A LARGE AMOUNT
Lowered armor noises marginally
Lowered Player Footsteps marginally
Lowered hooves footstep marginally

Raised the volume of unsheath and sheath animations for all weapons
Raised the volume of applying bandages
Revised lake sounds to be more consistent with water movement (reverted to default and improved the audio)
Revised rain and storm sounds

Lowered the volume of rivers
Fixed reverberated and double water sounds

Changed the sound of when you find a ghost while exploring, to something less annoying IMO
Changed bow and arrow hits sounds to something with less "boom or thud" (needs more work)
Changed shield hit sounds, when blocking

Raised Volume and improved beach sounds, to the coastline for Jungle Biome
Raised Volume for Armor Noise and Improved Sounds
Raised Volume and improved sounds for all categories in Player footsteps including swimming
Raise Volume for Pickup interaction
Raised Volume and improved rain storm sounds, including a low chance of a loud thunder sound, close to you.
