Adjusted alien materials spawn chance
Adjusted some upgrade requirements
Added Oxygenite and Sulphurite Shards as mineable minerals
Divesuits have an added inventory slot for sonar beacons
Merchants will sell only clothes related to their outpost (cities sell everything)
Moved all components to the Engineering merchant
"Fixed" Husk nest missions not spawning correctly *again!
