Removed the World Pollution precepts. While a fun concept, world pollution had absolutely no meaningful impact on gameplay, as altering the total pollution level of a planet is essentially impossible at scale. In the future I hope to implement a more practical system to encourage cleaning other tiles.

Properly set the Cleanup Command ability to be considered non-hostile - previously, incapable-of-violence pawns would refuse to use it.

Fixed an issue with the Cleanup Command aura graphics being ugly and opaque

- Fixed an issue where map-pollution thoughts would apply when not on a map (such as travelling in a caravan)
- Rebalanced the map-pollution thoughts. Conservationist and Polluter pawns now get changes in mood at every 10% map pollution (so 'Lightly polluted' maps now generate different thoughts at 10%, 20%, and 30% pollution, for example)

- Polluters can no longer have either of the Power Generation precepts

This update features some major changes to both Memes, and the addition of several new precepts!

New Precepts:

- Toxic waste dumping (Abhorrent or Respected): This precept generates a memory when you dump toxic waste to a tile in the world, either through drop pods or leaving the waste behind in a caravan. Conservationists will gain a negative moodlet, while Polluters will gain a positive moodlet. Now Conservationists won't be able to dump trash willy-nilly, and Polluters will get an incentive to pollute not just their base, but other world tiles as well.

- Power generation (Clean Power Only or No Toxifier Generators): Don't tell me you forgot about your carbon footprint! The Power generation precept generates a negative thought when your colony has a restricted type of generator in it. If Toxifier generators are restricted, pawns will get a negative thought if you have one, and if you select Clean Power Only you'll also get a negative thought for using Carbon generators (Wood-fired or Chemfuel-powered generators). Conservationists must have one of these two precepts enabled.

- World Pollution (Despised or Desired): This precept generates a thought based on what percentage of total world titles currently have at least some pollution on them. Conservationists will have a mood buff when the world is unpolluted, and increasingly negative debuffs when the world is more polluted, with Polluters having the opposite.

Since both thoughts have a moodlet of +0 when the world is lightly polluted, this precept won't have any effect on a regular game where you use the default pollution setting of 5% and leave the pollution at that level throughout the game. However, with mods like Yayo's Pollution 2.0 where the world's pollution level can dramatically change over time, this precept incentivizes you to take action to manipulate the world to your ideoligion's desired state.

- Trees (Mildly Desired): This precept is a slight change to the Trees: Desired precept, providing the same mood effects for being near or away from trees, without any thoughts related to tree cutting. Now you can play as people who like nature and want to be near it, but also don't find logging to be inherently wrong.

New Role: Cleanup Specialist

- Conservationists have had their precepts related to cleaning and mechanoid work speed removed, and now instead have a Specialist who focuses on cleaning up toxic spills (and everything else).

Cleanup specialists have a +50% cleaning speed modifier and a +40% tox resistance to help them clean up large amounts of waste even in areas contaminated with pollution. They also can use the Cleanup Command ability to raise the cleaning speed and tox resistance of all nearby allies, to help with larger disaster cleanup operations.

In addition to being able to more effectively clean toxic soil, this lets you much more effectively clean up mundane spills, improving the hygiene of your hospitals, kitchens, and your whole colony. Cleanup specialists have no skill requirements, so they're a great choice for low-skill pawns who otherwise might not have a lot of uses for you.

Misc:

- Rebalanced the moodlet intensity for some precept thoughts
- Made Polluters a required meme for the Waster Pirate faction
- Replaced the spindly shrub icon for the Conservationist meme with a nice chonky leaf
