Group bar is now hidden in COOP since there is no AI it servse no purpose.

- Fixed minor bug that would cause second half of the mission to start on players death.

- Added AKM to weapons that are in drop box when player don't complete optional objective.

Fixed bug in COOP which prevented not hosting players from getting on to parachutes.
