All damage values, weapon construction and ammo production costs have been rebalanced

All ballistic and energy weapons received a system change regarding the damage output on armor or shields - ballistic weapons and missiles now deal reduced damage to shields, while energy deal increased damage to shields, and reduced to armor

The smallest large grid missile launcher, designed to overwhelm enemies' defence systems
Fire rate: 450
Max distace: 10000 m
LM012, LM012B Joyeuse
Smaller brother of the LM036, for small grids
Fire rate: 250

List of changes:
- New Weapons
FEC401 is a large grid plasma cannon, a static variant of TEC401
FEC201 is a small grid plasma cannon, a new weapon that resembles it's larger counterpart, but has a more steady firerate
(conveyors on them are mostly for your convenience and future vanilla version)
- Adjusted S3 missile trajectory to be higher above the surface, this should in theory help users of WaterMod
- Adjusted PCU numbers
- Some of the missile launcher blocks became airtight: LM303, LM301, LM104, LM110, LM208
- S3 Missile damage and cost were tweaked

Updated the production cost of the missile ammo
Reduced the damage and AOE radius of the Morrigan cruise missile by 20%
Tuned down all major VFX (reduced the density and display distance)
Removed "OPC-" prefix from weapons that was forgotten from testing phase
