Fixed bug with some animals not being able to damage player due to how the mod handled invisibility on login

Rewrote mod code to be more robust. Sometimes a 'ghost' player would spawn in on the client who was invisible and blocked the player from moving, should be fixed now.

Hid target UI while logging in so players can't tell their character is using lie down
