Nothing Changed

- 'Revolt in Kosovo' now enacts an Event giving Yugoslavia multiple options, instead of being forced to release Kosovo.

- 'More Men for the Army' now takes 35 days instead of 56. Its War Support gain has been reduced from 5% to 2.5%

- Added an idea that prevents Albania from joining factions. This idea can be removed through focuses.

- 'By Sweat and Blood' focus no longer has the 'Mountain Training' focus as a prerequisite.

- 'Albanian Special Forces' focus no longer has the 'Educate New Generals' focus as a prerequisite.

- The idea 'Fortification focus' now also increases coastal bunker build speed.

- Focus 'The Impenetrable Wall' now also gives 2 coastal forts in each state.

- 'Proclaim Greater Albania' now no longer increase division core attack and defense bonus.
