Updated Half-Life 2: Large Red Tug.

Took me long enough to get around to it, but yes I FINALLY improved the speed on this hunk o' junk. She is now diesel electric. And has a top speed of around 15.5 kts, compared to the original 6.

Changes:
- Converted medium engines to be generators.
- Added a second battery to compensate the increase power consumption.
- Added large electric motor to power propellers.
- Replaced twin propeller design with single propeller.
- Added Generator Output dial in cockpit.
- Removed annoying hinged hatch on access later to pilot deck.

Updated Half-Life 2: Large Red Tug.

Fixes:
- Reset Helm Trim. (The trim was previously set to 0.4-ish which made the rudder reset to an angle when not being controlled by the player. Hopefully this fixes the issue).
