Updated Half-Life 2: Lost Cost - Small Dry Bulk Ship. Renamed vehicle from "Half-Life 2: Lost Cost - Small Dry Bulk Ship [WIP]" to "Half-Life 2: Lost Cost - Small Dry Bulk Ship".

This is the final update to convert this from a WIP to a finished build. I wanted to make this ship faster, but there is simply not enough room to add the necessary equipment to make it faster. On the bright side the top speed has increased from around 5.4kts to about 6.7kts. It's not much but it should help. I changed a lot in this update. I might have forgotten some of the things I did, but below are a list of changes that I remember making.

Changes:
[+/-] Repainted the Head.
[+/-] Relocated Steam Condenser to new room.
[+/-] Replaced old cargo hatches on deck. (Removed the cargo hatch, replaced the fueling hatch).
[+/-] Fixed Deck Light Issue (While working on something else, I noticed the deck lights were on, but the switch was off. This issue (if present in older versions) is now fixed).

Additions:
[+] Added another steam turbine.
[+] Added Heading Dial.
[+] Added Emergency Transponder.
[+] Added Transponder Locator.
[+] Added more equipment to ship.
[+] Added Indicators for Transponder locator and transponder.
[+] Finished Water Refueling Room.

Removals:
[-] Removed old screenshots.
[-] Removed old description.

Updated Half-Life 2 Lost Cost - Small Dry Bulk Ship [WIP].

[+] Added extra steam trubine (increases speed).
[+] Added Heaters (so you don't freeze in the artic).
[+] Added small amount of interior decorations.
[+] New Thumbnail.
[+/-] Replaced one screenshot.

The top speed is still not ideal, now it's much better at about 5 kts, but still slow af.

Updated Half-Life 2 Lost Cost - Small Dry Bulk Ship [WIP].

Changes:
[+] Increased vessel speed from 0.8 kts to 3.8 kts.
[-] Removed generator. (Will replace later).
[+] Boiler Explosion Controller - Prevents the boiler from exploding.

The speed is not ideal, I want to get it to at least 10 kts. It's apparent the steam turbine is inefficient in creating power. I will continue to fiddle with it until I find a solution. For now, at least its not moving like a darn slug.
