Heat Shimmering is Finally Perfect. Credit goes to Alex the Shader Wizard! Now heat shimmering happens only over lava and fire!

alex fixed heat shimmering range on lava and made the effect more prominent on small puddles :)

Alex did some great work regarding heat shimmering and having it only show on lava. The next step is to make it shimmer with smaller lava puddles, and later on hopefully shimmering over fire!
