Buildings in Power Grid can be disabled, when capacity go under current amount of active buildings (overload).
ITab for manual activation/deactivation of buildings in Power Grid Outposts UI.
When Power Grid overloaded will recieve Letter and reset active buildings to fit current capacity.
Show Power Grid Outpost transmission range.
