Description update

Made it more difficult for the statue enemies to get stuck on walls
Fixed an oversight that allowed a cherry to get permanently stuck where the player cannot reach it
Statue enemies can no longer be launched by using the ice hat
Other minor fixes

Added a failsafe in case a statue enemy gets stuck falling
