- Madstones are awarded along with Golden Treasure as a reward for completing zones and are added to heroes inventory or dropped if no space in the inventory
- Unpicked madstones are re-dropped next to heroes when they reach any shop (along with other items dropped from stash)
- Now first Madstones are awarded on game start and then every 2 completed zones (in ACT1: 3th drop will be in Ogre Camp)

2. Remove Invoker broken upgrades for max level (Quas/Wex/Exort)

- fix Projection Soul could use Books that increased stats permanently and could be repeated infinite times
