Added Frog -- Swims and chases the player. Devours player in one bite. When on land it leaps after the player. It spawns if scorpion eggs touch water.
Removed Shark's roaming AI.

Added Settings -- Now you can adjust how the plant functions.

Added Sharks -- Sharks can one shot the player. However they can only swim in water. They spawn if a bug egg touches water. They will plow through boats so beware.
