fixed:

* Captain bots couldn't use nav. terminal
* Captain bots try to use shuttle terminal for submarine moves
* Light problems (again!)
* Medbay hull-gap problems in some cases

added:

* Nitro for engine. It can be used only when fully charged and lasts 5 sec. Nitro is charging when submarine don't move.

Campaign mode fix:
Drone spawned inside a submarine due to game logic. Drone now spawns correctly in both missions and campaign
