Added craftable Artifacts via the new NoUncraftables Fabricator structure. Engram unlocks at lvl25.

Added several Crystal Shard items:
Terra Crystal Shard
Pelagic Crystal Shard
Avian Crystal Shard
Tainted Crystal Shard

The shards are used as resource requirements in crafting the artifacts.
These shards are only found in certain dead dino inventories. See discussions for more details.
