- Setting all oil-related excavation decisions to make the AI choose it if they're almost running out of fuel (instead of "their resource availability in the negatives" like other excavation decisions did because they would technically 'never runs out of oil' if the old way was kept)
- Adding two decisions to develop Siamese tungsten

- Fixing a major bug that is present for any player who didn't have Together for Victory active

Version 1.5.3 "Sarolangoen" (07/12/23):
- Removing required states on West Papua barring Vogelkop to form WtT's Nusantara (Majapahit only held Vogelkop through a tributary at its height), the whole Papua can still be cored if you already has formed Nusantara
- Reworking few Formable Nations decisions to update it with the newly added states
- Added AI modifier to make it less likely for Burma/UK/Malaya to going at war with Thailand if they're already preoccupied, and completely nulled it for historical France/Indochina AI
- Added a whitepeace event for Thailand's reconquest adventures if it backfires
- Walther Hewel added in the game as a "German Planter", he has resided in East Indies since 1927, and he can departing back to Germany in 1938 in the historical path
- Indische Partij and Indonesian National Party are added in the game as Interest Groups (remember, each of the group's members can't be independently hired as political advisors while the whole group is hired, and vice versa)
- Hermann Rosenow added as a Chief of Navy (specialist) for the fascist path
- Added a "on_daily_INS" effect to prevent tag switchheroo shenanigans
- A special portrait for Hubertus Johannes van Mook
- Bengawan Solo added as an in-game soundtrack

After further checks, this version would break the prior saves, but didn't outright crashes the game.

Monday Hotfix version is online again

As the Monday Hotfix (13/11) potentially has a game-crashing bug, i reverted the version back to Friday Hotifx (10/11) until further checks

Major hotfix regarding the unintended changing cosmetic tags
