Healing from Lifegems and Potions now requires a minimum of 30 damage (before mitigation) to be interrupted, and will no longer stop when reaching maximum health (to allow you to heal through debuffs). Slightly increased the heal value of Lifegems (8 > 9 per tick)
Fixed an issue where Armor Bonuses provided by the Universal Mastersmith were being applied twice, resulting in crafted armors having significantly higher value than they are supposed to
Adjusted the Ancestral feats to no longer be force given on spawn, and also no longer auto unlock DLC. You can still manually learn these feats. Applied the same to many other feats as well.
Fixed an issue with the Dark Sigil particle effect cause by bad LoDs
Herbal Tea & Bottomless Brew now grant a temporary cleansing effect while active, cleansing poisons once every 3 seconds
Updated Last Stand: Cleanse all debuffs, while gaining Energized (+25%), Empower (+25%), and Fortified (+800) for 15 seconds. 60s Cooldown.
Updated Vital Retribution: Will no longer proc if you are above 50% health. Instantly restores 10% of your maximum health, and grants Retribution for 15 seconds, letting you leech health equal to 33% of your weapon's base damage on hit. 60s Cooldown.
Replaced Quickfooted with a new perk: Tendon Slicer. When dealing damage with a weapon, apply a 15% cripple lasting 4 seconds.
Slightly increased Sprinting acceleration gain
Removed Authority attribute and associated perks
Possibly fixed an issue causing the Ghost Pendant's cripple to not be removed under some circumstances
Removed overwrite to the Dregs entrance
Adjusted Radiant Pendant damage type to debuff damage rather than direct health damage
Temporarily removed moveset overwrites on Daggers, Greatswords, One-Handed Swords, One-Handed Axes, and Two-Handed Spear until I have the time to go through them and update them with up-to-date Highmane's balance. These weapons will function as they normally do with Vanilla balance until then.
Pendants were reworked (again): Most have even shorter cooldowns, and now require their full stamina cost to be used.
Internal Pendant Cooldown: Adjusted to be on a per-pendant basis rather than a global cooldown, cooldowns match their tags
Detonator's Pendant: Cooldown reduced to 15 seconds (down from 30 seconds), stamina cost reduced to 60 (from 80)
Bladed Pendant: Cooldown reduced to 10 seconds (down from 15 seconds), stamina cost reduced to 30 (from 40), increased stun duration to .8s (up from .5s)
Radiant Pendant: Cooldown reduced to 20 seconds (down from 30 seconds), increased inner damage radius (1.28 meters > 1.8 meters), reduced damage falloff, stamina cost reduced to 45 (from 60)
Ghost Pendant: Cooldown reduced to 20 seconds (down from 30 seconds), stamina cost reduced to 60 (from 80)
Fragments of Power and Tablets of Knowledge can no longer be consumed

Updated Ghost Pendant:
Now deals an unmigitated 100 damage (down from 200), and an additional 300 damage that is mitigated by armor. On average, it should be dealing around 262 to 166 damage to players depending on their armor class. Against NPCs, you will always deal full damage.

Updated Bladed Pendant:
Now deals an unmitigated 70 damage (down from 80 + 7% of target's health), and an additional 210 damage that is mitigated by armor. On average, it should be dealing around 183 to 116 damage to players depending on their armor class. Against NPCs, you will always deal full damage.

Greatsword Offhand Attacks:

Adjusted the cooldown of Pendants across the board, but added a stamina cost to them. You can still use pendants even while out of stamina, but keep in mind it can put you even more out of stamina.
Adjusted bonus values on Essence Altar armor sets:
You now only need 4 pieces of the set to activate the bonus associated with the armor set, allowing you to mix in a single armor piece of choice and still get the set bonus from Wanderlust
Prowlers: Wanderlust bonus is no longer displayed in HUD to reduce buff bar clutter
Leaders: Wanderlust bonus is no longer displayed in HUD to reduce buff bar clutter, and effect is 25% weaker than the Light Armor variant
Conquerers: Wanderlust bonus is no longer displayed in HUD to reduce buff bar clutter, and effect is 50% weaker than the Light Armor variant

Reworked Bottomless Brew:
OLD: Infinite uses, no animation, & granted 16.7% Stamina Regeneration Rate for 5 seconds.
NEW: Uses a short animation, has a total of 30 uses, grants Energized (+20%) for 10 seconds, removes Poison effects, and applies a very small but instant heal. Will very briefly pause Stamina Regeneration when used. Dodge Cancel window starts at 600ms, buff is applied at 500ms.
Herbal Tea now also uses an animation, and applies the same buffs as the Bottomless Brew.
Slightly reduced the animation speeds of eating food items, but the pause on Stamina Regeneration now ends when the buff is applied. Made buff application always start at 500ms, and dodge cancel at 800ms. Top tier healing items now also apply a small burst heal for 4% of your maximum health to combat deaths to DoTs.
Rolling Thrust now grants Empower (+20%) on a dodge, lasting 4 seconds.
Corrected stamina costs for Magic Throwing Weapons to match Highmane's
Heavy Coin Purse was renamed to Small Coin Purse, reduced weight to 0, and the amount of coin within was increased from 1-4 to 2-5.
Added Basic Resource Cache, containing 1,000 of most basic resource items that can be readily duplicated with the Building Kit
Added Essence Altar Thrall Spawner
Added 3 new horns to the Expression cache
