Initial damage reduced to 5% of maximum health (down from 12%)

Significantly reduced Wind Sigil's area of effect, removed effect's carryweight altering property, and increased effect duration (10s > 30s)

Experimental fix for Aspect: Flight drifting while flying, and also a failsafe to ensure the player is always at a fair flying speed

Fixed an exploit with re-usable, durability based items in which it is possible to drop the item and pick it back up again to emulate respawning. If the item is missing durability, it will start the cooldown timer instead of restoring to full.
Removed Siege Damage entirely from Detonator's Pendant (1000 dmg > 0 dmg), decreased fuse time (2.2s > 1.7s), decreased lingering AoE effect duration (30s > 10s), added loud audible fuse component during fuse duration. Adjusted damage properties & increased cooldown back to 60s.

Fixed texture issues with some of the cliffs used in the Sacred Forest
Added Core Cache item, which contains 2 random rarity Cores, and added it to to Loot Cache boxes as well as special Loot Chests found in UC, Khari Dungeon, and Kinscourge Dungeon. 50% for Epic Core, 33.3% for Legendary Core, 16.6% for Relic Core
Adjusted the loot pools for bosses in the Unnamed City to share their loot pools, and removed some of the less optimal items from the selections.
Added 3 new sets of armor unique to the Unnamed City boss drops. The sets are considerably lighter than typical armor, and offer a wide spread of small bonuses. Wearing a full set will grant the Wanderlust set bonus, increasing climbing & swimming speed.
Added Broken Pendant to UC Boss Loot Pool, removed it from Arcane Cache, making UC the only place to farm Broken Pendants
Updated ALL Racial Kits
Increased wind pendant cooldown (10s > 15s), removed Hyper Armor on cast
Decreased detonator's pendant cooldown (60s > 45s)
Decreased Godswrath pendant cooldown (300s > 60s)

Reworked Glutton for Punishment (again):
NEW PERK: Vital Retribution
When taking damage, instantly heal for 10% of your maximum health and gain a buff lasting 20 seconds that grants you Empower (+15%) and also gives 33% base weapon damage as health when landing attacks. Cooldown of 30 seconds. (Stops scaling at 1,000 Max Health and 100 weapon damage)
Healing values are not effected by Fast Healer perk.
Improved some Ashborn weapons
Added lights to all interactable relic boxes, lootboxes, and meteor fragments to make them easier to find
Recompiled all BPs, resaved major heightmaps
Removed recipe for Copper Coins
Opened all Highmane's recipes to be learned again
Hid custom Ashborn feats for Highmane's weapons

Godsbane Pendant:
Removed self-debuff to guarentee your own death. When the cast goes off, briefly gain an armor buff that grants +600 armor for 1 second to reduce self-damage taken.
Adjusted damage logic. Will now deal 1400 damage within 1 foundation (note that Explosion Damage does not have AP and is fully negated by DR), tapering off to 100 damage at 3 foundations away. At 600 armor this tested to be 640~ damage at closest range, 200 damage at 2 foundations, and 44 damage at 3 foundations. Will still deal extremely high siege damage within 1 foundation.
