Add wedge tall fort wall pieces, to be used a bit like the wedge roof parts. A normal wedge with a lower point, and an inverted wedge with a point at the top. There's some tweaking yet to do on the meshes to get the edges to line up better, but they're useable and now fill the need without being awful

Some minor messhing on catapulta
Added 3 pieces of "Barrier Tall" in reinforced stone. So RS versions of those handy Aesir fort wall things.

Remove link to projectile launching in case of issues, as bolts don't currently disintigrate after any amount of time.

Tidied animations on Ballista and Catapulta. Shortened both tracks on the same. Added recipe for Ballista. Fixed up bad normals on front panel of the catapulta, and added some more relief patterning to same.
Catapulta now fires a bolt (no bolt item, so infinite ammo, but also does zero damage). Devices are still not able to be aimed.
Increase HP for both items

Catapulta now loads and "fires" as deco animation only.
Admin spawn only Ballista (stone thrower) also added, but due to daftness with animations, immediately sinks itself into the ground on loading or firing

Icon tidy for booze.
Adding a static deco only item catapulta, even though it's rigged animated etc. Animating it in devkit and triggering said animations has stumped me for now
