# Bug fixes
- Fixed a GUI issue where a large part of the left screen wasn't clickable.
- Fixed an issue where characters used to die very young. Now, the check will be every five years, instead of every month. And it's for characters age 60 and above.
- Fixed a bug where landowners characters could become abolitionists and intelligentsia could become slavers. Shouldn't happen anymore.
- Fixed a bug where Complete Pop List mod wasn't working, it was now restored.
- Fixed a bug where there was no pops living in the state of Zimbezi.

# New features and enhancements
- New law group and institution! We introduce Family Affairs law group, with the following laws: No Childcare, Minimal Childcare and Generous Childcare. These laws enable a new institution called Family Affairs, which buffs pop growth, workforce ratio and increases welfare payments!
- New institution: Economic Administration. This institution is triggered by economic laws, which buffs minting, gold reserves and buildings throughput.
- Redesigned the Politics panel. The Visual Leaders mod removed some important information, they were now restored.
- Integrated More Graphs mod.
- Integrated Newspapers mod.
- Buffed art needs, at least now you will get to build a few art academies in a playthrough
- Added two railways in Westphalia and Ile de France since they start under 100% market access
- Buffed base bureaucracy (100 to 150) and production methods in government administrations to afford new institutions
- Remove Guaranteed Independence mod

# Bug fixes
- Fixed American Civil War trigger. Now, it will trigger as soon as you start passing the law "slavery banned" or if landowners approval drops to -20, or if an abolitionist becomes President after 1845.
- Characters below 60 will no longer randomly die out of nowhere.
- Fixed some Argentina cities names localization, but not all cities (having problems finding cities names).
- Fixed some localization errors.
- Fixed a bug where the electoral college event would trigger for all countries instead of just the USA.
- Diplomatic retaliation (Reject back down) main war goal was changed from cut down to size to war reparations.
- Fixed a bug with the event "Clout Increases Momentum", i disabled it, it should never trigger now.
- Fixed a bug where California would be given back to Mexico during any American Mexican War even if it's owned by USA.
- Civil war countries can now be targeted in diplomatic plays.

- Added Central Bank building with monetary policy mechanic!
- Added throughput buff to minimum wage increasing laws.
- Integrated Guns of Glory mod.

- AI will never accept a customs union offer if both participants are Great Powers, so no more Russia joining France's market between AI, it's now Player-only.

- Japanese Samurai will now get the Patriotic trait once they lose Bakufu.

- Recessions can now be disabled via game rule.

- Integrated More Spreadsheets but under "National Statistics" not to break immersion.

@ Hotfix V1.2.2

- Fixed a crash to desktop related to American Civil War that was reported multiple times by members of the community. Anyone who had their game crash after a certain date repeatedly, should try running that save again, it shouldn't crash now!

- Fixed a city localization error in Cordoba state in Argentina.
- Fixed error debug messages spam, i expect the game to run faster \ be more stable now.
- Banks and explosives industries for the USA at game start are now created in New York instead of DC, because DC cannot sustain them.

# Bugfixes and enhancements:
- Fixed a bug where Imperial Federation would annex East India Company once formed. Should never happen again.
- Imperial Federation tech requirements were reduced to only pan-nationalism.
- Fixed a bug where Benelux would annex Dutch East Indies once formed, should never happen again.
- Fixed a bug in Argentina states, there was two states called Cordoba, their names should now be fixed to Cordoba and La Pampa.
- New Zealand and Australian natives are now protectorates of Great Britain at game start.
- Buffed Texas for the first year of the game so they can always win the war defensively.
- Fixed a bug where services were substituted for every pop need.
- Changed the Hawaiian Statehood jorunal entry (Newlands Resoltuion) to now require that USA owns California before annexing Hawaii.
- Fixed an issue where USA wasn't allowed to change slavery laws as long as they had an abolitionist leader.
- Rebalanced tactical focus production methods in general staff headquarters.
- Improve relations diplomatic interaction now increases by 6% per day instead of 3% (at 100%, one relations point is added).
- Fixed a bug in the New Colossus journal entry which explicitly required having no migration controls, although we have a encourage migration institution. Now, it requires either one.
- Fixed Germany's Austrian formed flag. Previously, Austrian-formed Germany would have Prussian flag, now it should have Germany's modern flag.
- Added a decision for Wallachia to demand Russian Dobrudja from Russia.
- Countries that start with percussion cap or nitroglycerin will now receive level 5 explosives factory in the capital at game start (excluding puppets and juniors in customs unions).
- Updated Napoleonic Flavor: Leaving For Syria to the latest update.

# New features and integrations:
- Economic recession feature! The way how this works is, every two quarters of a year (every 6 months) an economic report is generated that calculates your country's average GDP in these last two quarters(6 months). If your current GDP is less than your average GDP in last two quarters, that means your GDP growth has stopped, stagnated for some reason or worsened. When this is met, an event will fire and your country will enter a recession. You'll get a modifier that gives some debuffs (not really harsh debuffs) and that modifier will go away within 6 months (basically two quarters) and you better improve your economy by the time it goes away, because if not, it will be re-added. Only countries with Laissez-faire and Interventionism will have recessions(Hyper-capitalist economies). This feature is fully developed by me, exclusive for the Great Rework.
- Banks! Yes, banks! I created a banks system that isn't too complicated and is really balanced. This is based off Banks and the Central Bank mod, but i really changed it greatly, the difference is great. The way how Banks work is, they consume paper and produce "Financial Services" it's a new good that's consumed by SOLs ranging from 15-99. Banks are unlocked by "Banking" technology. Currently, financial services are only used by pops, pop needs. Will be expanding to have them utilized in businesses in the future!
- Integrated Automatic Irrigation for Rubber mod, which adds the production method from patch 1.1
- Integrated Production Method Auto Conversion mod, which auto-converts production methods in newly conquered land to match your existing production methods.
- Integrated Equal Customs Union mod, which makes customs union members equal, this means you can have a customs union with anyone, GP or lower, and the subject-like relationship produced by this pact is now gone.
- Integrated Southern Africa Rework mod, which adds content and flavor to South Africa.
- Integrated Historical Austrian Politicians & Generals mod which adds historical austrian characters to the game.
- Integrated American Civil War Revamped mod, which basically revamps American Civil War, makes it more realistic and adds so many new flavor events to it.
- New really cool high-quality beautiful wallpapers and workshop thumbnail! Also a new start screen! Best part of the update, right? Special thanks to @The Thaumaturgist who spent the most effort and time to make this happen.

@ Note: This update might break saves, because we added new south african states.

@ Patch V1.1.8

- Adjusted Imperial Federation formation and made it require 3 tier 5 techs, so it doesn't form so early into the game.
- Explosives Industry now require nitroglycerin or percussion cap, either one.
- Fixed the "Dug In" battle condition, which is supposed to be defensive and give defense modifier, but instead gave offense. It should now give defense.
- Increased difference in laws between revolutionary states and non-revolutionaries from 3 to 10. So bugs like slavery revolutions not having slavery.
- Fixed workers reduction production methods for construction sectors, which are actually profitable right now.
- Fixed Military Academy production method, made it more worth it to adopt, changed it from unscaled to workforce scaled.
- Fixed an issue where Military Railways were always adopted by the AI, which led to awful AI bankruptcies .
- Added ownership production method for railways.
- Fixed a bug where Landowners leader might sometimes get abolitionist trait.
- Converted Pondicherry from a treaty port to a regular split state.

- Fixed an issue where Germany Unification led to Austria always joining and later getting annexed.
- Added Californian Statehood journal entry and event to the USA, just like Texan Statehood.
- Added Newlands Resolution to the USA, an event and journal entry that lead to the annexation of Hawaii.
- Added some cool loadscreens.
- Fixed an issue where Rio Grande would take Texas from the USA if they revolt, this should never happen now.
- Removed the "Oregon trail mapped" requirement for oregon border dispute for USA.

@ Patch V1.1.6

- An attempt at fixing Germany's unification issues, which always led to a formation of Super Germany (Austria always being annexed). This attempt failed and the bug remains in the mod. However, an update will release shortly (V1.1.7) that's going to fix this issue.
