- Fixed an issue where used colonization capacity would sometimes bug out or not go down after colonization is over (wait one month for the script to take effect, works with old saves)

# New features & Integrations:
- NEW COLONIZATION SYSTEM! Completely, completely, completely suppressed vanilla colonization and disabled it, replaced with the new system. The new system introduces Colonial Capacity, Colonial Range, Colonial Disputes and Colonial Efficiency! To colonize, you take the "Colonial Administration" decision in your journal (it tells you what your colonization capacity is, too) and you colonize. Everything is explained and simplified in the game, you just hover over the concepts and read =) We also scripted historical colonization targets for the AI
- International Economic Investments! You can now invest in other countries and construct industrial and rural buildings, and get return on investment on your investment! Economic Investments are unlocked by Central Banking technology
- German Unification complete rework! We reworked how German Unification works. In order to form North German Federation, you must win the Brothers War against Austria (there's a decision for that you can take for that), then North German countries will join you via event. To form German Empire, you must go to war with France for Alsace-Lorraine (there's a decision for that as well), you don't need to win the war. After 60 days of starting the diplomatic play, you get an event where South German minors join you. New events and decisions for Prussia\NGF, and removed the German Unification game rule
- China Rework! Completely reworked China and added tons of new historical content like wars, events, decisions and more pain! China will use the Opium War as the fuse to break out a more intense Taiping Civil War, more immersive Chinese names, added thousands of new names. The Taiping Heavenly Civil War cannot be peaceful, and the war must be resolved by force, Muslims will join the civil war and fight for their independence. Content flavor for Russia, they will step in the Civil War at some point and take Outer Manchuria. If Qing chooses to hand control over the army to Han warlords in the civil war, a large number of autonomous governors will show up after the war (Represents decentralization of power after making concessions). We also reworked Chinese sub-states dynamic names
- The Turkish-Egyptian War is now scripted. Ottomans have a decision that they can take in order to start a scripted diplomatic play against Egypt, if they win, they get a special event to give them all of Levant and keep dominion over Egypt (sort of what we have for the Mexican-American War)
- New decisions and events for East India Company that include the war with the Sikh Empire, Government of India Act (If you have multiculturalism, you can become India)
- New decisions to promote archeologists and Astronomers, which give a random character the trait so you can have access to archeology and astronomy content
- New decision to Demobilize All Conscripts during war
- New decision for France to claim the Rhineland
- Added a new Ottoman flag for when they have elections & monarchy, and the new absolute monarchist flag after the tanzimat are over
- New releasable countries: Macedonia, Tabriz and Kosovo
- Integrated Better Decrees mod
- Integrated More Character Traits mod
- Integrated Construction Queue Lag & FPS Fix mod
- Integrated LessClicks mod (decisions for railways and government administrations for taxation capacity and infrastructure)
- A toast notification will now fire for Japan at game start and every year to inform them of the modifier that gets added at game start with advice
- A toast notification will fire to all countries reminding them of actively checking decisions, to not miss the new added flavor
- Added a game rule to disable AI Buffs
- Added a journal entry for Japan or Russia to make Sakhalin a culture homeland, depending who controls the state

- Fixed a bug where Autocracies had parties and elections
- After investigation, I found out that due to a very very slight coding issue on my end, the AI building code broke and AI simply was building nothing last game. This was fixed, and AI was given great buffs, so AI performance should be greatly enhanced!
- Fixed some missing localization issues
- Fixed some missing modifier icons
- Heavily buffed AI, giving them a modifier that increases their construction and income
- Adjusted countries that get pre-built buildings at game start
- Reduced broadsheets price and heavily buffed publishing houses, so there's not going to be a shortage at game start
- Sardinia will now start with higher tech including railways at game start
- Sugar is no longer in luxury drinks\ luxury food
- Fixed a bug where some African and Chinese states had no pops
- South America will now require pan-nationalism instead of multilateral alliances

- Integrated Morgenröte- Dawn of Flavor, a really cool mod about astronomy and science.

- New law group: Safety Regulations, a law group for workplace safety regulations. We also removed Workplace safety regulation laws from Serfdom (Serfdom is now its own proper law group)
