Small update that fixes a few bugs and alters redline MA/MD/Armor bonuses to be flat instead of %. Overall values will be similar for most affected units, but slightly advantage low-end units.

53 new Ogre Kingdoms traits added, with some unique to different lord types (ex. slaughtermasters, firebellies, etc). Special thanks to Vastus for some of the ideas!

Dark Elf Names of Power slightly tuned up - nothing fancy, mostly focused on the self-only ones.

2.2's RoRs *should* now benefit from stuff properly.

Some skills in the Exarch and Legend trees nerfed. with increased level requirements or weaker effects. Maybe closer to balanced? I don't care if it's not perfect though, honestly.

Added Oracle line to most Vampire Coast lords.

Swapped Queek and Snikch's Trophy Heads/Deathmaster's Sigil. This MAY waste a skill point if already leveled, respec mod will save you if so.

Empire's Monster Hunter trait physical resist fixed.

Incandescent should no longer be red. You're green now. That's my attack!

The cavalry redline now correctly shows flat charge bonus rather than %. No mechanical changes, just a tooltip update.

Various fixes to Mazdamundi; his new spell list all show up in the same 'lore' tab, and Oreopathy is no longer granted armywide - idk how that happened lol.

Fixed DP Nurgle dedication not actually adding Herald of Nurgle recruit rank and brought in line with others (20 nonexistent recruit rank -> 10 functional recruit rank).

57 new traits, spread over Iridescent Horrors, Heralds of Slaanesh, and whatever the hell the Slaanesh caster hero is called.

All *relevant* hero skills ported from monogod heroes to their cultist version.

Fixed weird requirements for some skills (no real change ingame except visual).

As usual, fixed some incorrect trait scopes (faction to character own? what the fuck Crys).

Fixed some skill effects (untainted, weapon strength, ward save) and icons (reload).

Slightly revamped the wording of force effects (ally and enemy) to be easier to parse. No mechanical difference - "units" means "not characters".

Rebalanced lord stat skills to be closer to vanilla per-point (ex. vanilla MA is 6/12, mod is 7/14/20). Also updated the effects used to custom ones (aka, future compatibility) and fixed an issue where the lord ammo skill was using the force-only effect, making it useless.

Fixed Valkia and Volkmar missing their unique traits.

Miao Ying should now have the two missing skills at the top of her tree.

Fixed the few remaining skills applying enemy-only effects to your force instead. Too much copypasting rots the brain, it seems...

Added 20 new traits to the Herald of Tzeentch

Fixed Orc Warboss, Raknik, and Oglok skill nodes
