New Weapons!
- Mini-Rocket Barrage(shoots small homing rockets)
- Marksman Rifle(Very far range and has Stalk w/Vanguard Deployment)

-updated backpacks for crank gunners to show that they are carrying large amounts of ammo in the battlefield

- Set projectiles to 1, but doubled the damage for Trollhammers and Brimstone-Launcher
- Increased Fire Rate for Light-Crank Guns while decreasing projectile number, (Still the same dmg output, but fires more like a modern machine gun)
- Few tweaks to Trollhammers and Brimstone Launcher

-Added explosion damage for the drake-gun's shrapnel
-Set Drake-gun's penetrative power to very low so that it will prevent lesser overshooting
-Buffed Drake-gun's damage from 20->30
-Buffed Drake-gun's main and shrapnel explosion dmg radius by a bit
-Buffed Trollhammer explosion dmg radius
-Buffed Brimstone dmg to have the similar weapon strength to other weapon variants

-Reworked Experimental Blasting Charges to Steam Drill (Experimental Blasting Charges will be another weapon choice to be worked on

-Steam Drills are Armor-sundering and have high AP

- Master Engineers with Steam Drills have the ability to spawn Miners 2x in the Battlefield to compensate for the lack of ranged weaponry.

- Decreased a tiny bit of reload time for Brimstone and Trollhammer
