- Added trigger on diplomatic action to move subject's trading post using variable arithmetic trigger. Now diplomatic action is only possible if there's adequate administrative power
- Reworked the way moving event to list the trade node and province. Mostly clean up the code and use better way of doing things.
- Changed the triggers on hidden event for AI moving trading post. Should be slightly more efficient
- Reworked prioritization AI moving trading post for Regional Trade Hub, when possible it'll go for Regional Trade Hub, Estuary + COT, COT, and Estuary on that order

- Changed the method to get the trade nodes and provinces listed. While there's no effect in gameplay this eliminates numerous entries in error.log
- Deleted reference to Regional Trade Hub for AI Trading Post reassignment, eliminating some entries in error.log
- Fixed error where setting the cost led to the Move Trading Post decision not displayed
