Adding protection for a small rare error that could occur when players attempt to open the menu immediately after dying but before the death UI appears.

Progress bars are now hidden independently of moodles.

Players may now select "Always Hide Progress Bars" in Mod Options if they simply hate progress bars as much as I do. :)

Improved compatibility with modded moodles. Cleaned up code somewhat.

Added the ability to unhide anything that has somehow been hidden by the vanilla toggle. My hope is that this feature will prevent people from accidentally becoming stuck in a loop where their UI appears unrecoverable, when in reality it has simply been hidden by the vanilla manager. This will be on by default moving forward, but can be disabled via Mod Options, so please feel free to revert to the prior behavior if you found it useful.

Fixing a compatibility issue that could cause my custom escape menu to be removed (thus preventing the Escape key from accessing the Main Menu at all).

Fixed a side effect of the new dashboard code that would cause dashboard to be hidden for people who were not hiding UI at all and did not actively use DOTZ on servers where DOTZ is installed.

Attempted to fix a vanilla quirk that stops the vehicle dashboard from tracking updates (changes in speed, changes in whether car is running, whether key is in the car, et cetera) when the UI is hidden.

Please let me know in the comments if this causes any unexpected side effects, but it appears to be fixed!
