- Fix master assassin increasing the scheme phases instead of reducing them
- Fix court.8120 not handling witchcraft being potentially virtuous
- Remade some fixes for tournaments now pool character will now be able to be invited to tournaments in events
- Remove some files that were not needed anymore (official fix)

- Still have many old fixes to port from 1.12 and prior versions
