The "Fix great steppe" debug decision have been removed since it is now fixed with the latest patch
Fix Looking for Work event (hold_court.8340) where it could sometime show REVOKE_COST and the wrong position in each options
Fix "Trade Connections" & "Pious Connections" that could not trigger (events of the Found a Holding decision)
Fix the caravanserai building not being enabled in certain cases
Fix the Foreign Armor yurt domicile not being upgraded from lvl 2 to lvl 3 after summoning the wealthy merchant

Add "Fix The Great Steppe" decision to take each time you load a game in the 1.16.2 patch
Add missing events to learn the commanders traits: open_terrain_expert, rough_terrain_expert, forest_fighter, cautious_leader, organizer
Fix the Yeke Jarquchi Improve court task always showing +0 aptitude
Fix bodyguard not getting the correct bonus from the Cherbi
Add some animation to events "On My Own" if your teacher is in house arrest or in dungeon
Taltosism followers will now keep the head of their executed prisoners
Fix some murder scheme event text when a creature was used to perform the murder

- Make opinions types when offering or demanding courtiers and concubines consistent (e.g. annoyed_opinion, pleased_opinion, etc.)
- Make sure that opinion gains from repeatedly offering courtiers or concubines don't stack by using a custom opinion type, similarly to gifts.
- Fixed a typo in the failed nerge event
- Fix the county title when it's hold by a herder
- Fix the adopt_effect adopt_effect that didn't filter content child nor the adoptee itself for the opinion loss
- Changed the hold_court.8100 "A Child of the Court" option to adopt, it will be disabled if the game rules forbids adoption and will now create memories / blood brotherhood like if you have use the adopt interaction.

A small update, but since the issue is bricking your game, I thought I was necessary that I publish a fix ASAP.

This update will prevent the issue, but if your game is already affected by this, there is a debug decision that will resume your travel and you'll be free of this issue 1 day later.
