Major Updates:

Fully Supports Shinji85's Train Pack.

1) Offsets for the active point INSERT-s provided by Shinji85

PointID and Next point are now non-dependent from looking into an active point.
Renamed cPanel AngSnap to Yaw Snap ( cooz its yaw xDDD )
Spawn @ masscenter chechbox
A) uncheck to place first piece relative to the active point
B) check to place first piece relative to its masscentre
