Added a new vehicle (Katyusha from AVF pack)

If you want to shoot the Katyusha rockets you should install the Armed Vehicle Framework (AVF) Vehicle Pack

Added a new vehicle, from the SovietUnionCarPack, Volga limo. The Vehicle has been slightly improved, by making the windows transparent, before they were soild grey.

Removed some out of place grass and some other small stuff.

The new bridge was too low and couldn't be driven off without damage to the car.

Mansion glass roof and walls no longer fall after small hits.
