Adjusted TLP rule in config

Added searching through loadouts to unique item check to catch all the equipment used by enemies which would otherwise elude all the other checks.

Improved tag stripping function to only remove font color and bold tags.

Better highlighting fix, also fixes research screens!

Fixed selected items in lists not changing color for better visibility.
