Fixed Hydroxide being flammable

## General Housekeeping
- a lot of internal formatting clean up, removing a bunch of whitespace and making some files look cleaner while removing broken/redundant data
- this resulted in a few bugfixes, notably relating to status effects and XML entities
- reworked powder pouch material pool using new lib, rebalanced the pool itself with new weight-based probability system and new materials
- electrolysis stuff should now work (electricity should more consistently set off Dormant Crystal and activate Dormant Anti-Matter)
- status effect fixes includes Liberum Magicas
- Annihilation stain from Anti-Matter should now drop much easier
there were a lot of mass-replacement formatting things done and i didnt test all the XML stuff i fixed, it should be all fine but as usual, please do tell me if something is broken o/

(thank god i forgot to push this update when i made it, accidentally left behind a test thing that caused Hydroxide to create creepy liquid when lit on fire, this patch removed the creepy liquid, i remembered to remove the burning property itself next patch)

## 4th of July starter potion patch
- fixed 4th of july starter potion bug
- halved probability of gold null shift
- fixed GE compat glimmers to use translations rather than hard-coded strings
- removed deprecated AoD overwrite code
- tweaked description for vials, will likely do so again next patch

Bug reported wherein losing the Methane status will still leave your screen slightly desaturated. This is a bandaid fix for that until I am working on Chemical Curiosities and have the time to properly make a new system for handling global-variable based status effects
this should work but i havent done enough testing to verify its consistent, report and temporary solution by emi, thanks emi o/

- Excluded OVERCAST's Tug spell from Chaotic Pandorium's pool due to poor implementation
- Removed log-spam from Persistine Ironskin effect
## Known bugs in this build
- **Hydroxide Ice** does not damage entities
- **Alchemy Journal is buggy** if there is more than one
- **Liberum Magicas** effect is reportedly not working (i forgot to look into that before pushing this update lmao)

- Added **Dull Fungus**
- Similar to Weird Fungus. When tripping, it will erase a Material/Material group from your run
- UNFINISHED, effect is lacking audio and visual effects, but is largely function aside from that
- Acquired by ||mixing Nullium and Weird Fungus||
- Added **Hydroxide Ice**
- Fulfils a similar role for Hydroxide as Acid Ice does to Acid
- Currently does not damage entities
- Added basic Entity support for **Conjurer Reborn**
- Conjurer support will no longer be continued, future support will be focused on its successor

- Tweaked **Chaotic Pandorium** and did some minor optimisations
- Minor internal refactoring
- Renamed Jitterium to Ectospasm
- Made Cat Food much less common (3 -> 0.6)
- Added translations for **Pandorium and Chaotic Pandorium deaths**

- Presumably fixed s2p **crash caused by Chaotic Pandorium** (please let me know if Chaotic Pandorium still crashes for you, i cannot seem to replicate this issue!)
- fixed **Repultium Trail** not playing nice with other trail spells
- Fixed uncommon **crash in Ancient Laboratory**
- Removed Deezium
- Disabled experimental **Anvil of Destiny** compat, was unfinished and only in a debugging stage- nothing was lost
- Fixed some **general internal error logs** from Glittering Liquid, Blasting Powder, and other similar cases
- Fixed **Wire Spark** entity
- Chemical Curiosities is now listed as an **alchemy** mod :partying_face: (formatting error was previously preventing this)
## Notes & Known Issues
- **Dull Fungus** is lacking Audio and Visual effects for its tripping effect
- **Hydroxide Ice** does not damage entities
- **Alchemy Journal is buggy if there is more than one**
- **Unstable Pandorium** lists its death message as "projectile" or "slice", etc, may fix
