Updated for patch 3.1.0
Updated some tables that saw changes with the new update.
Reduced explosive range and damage on the Starshooter projectiles, making them much more balanced.
Fixed a bug causing the new High Elf units to not be able to be recruited with Imrik's faction.

Added the Aspiring Champions of Slaanesh (Hellscourges) unit.
NOTE: This unit is still in the process of being balanced and may experience slight or even major changes to it's stats and abilities, if you experience any bugs with this unit, please let me know and I will attempt to troubleshoot it. Thank you!

Added one new unit to the mod for the Vampire Count factions, the Blood Knights of the Black Rose, a melee cavalry variant of the Blood knights, designed more for prolonged fights against infantry units.

Fixed multiple bugs causing the new High Elf units to not be affected by lord skills and faction technologies.

Added a new unit to the High Elven roster, Silverwing Starshooters

Fixed a bug where Starshooter Sentinels would show the martial prowess buff, but have the stats of martial mastery instead.
