Still no fix for sounds, back to the soundless version again.

Trying to fix sound issue

Sounds didnt work after release, searching for the cause

New Features:
. BulletTime entry sound effect ( random selection of 4 sounds )
. BulletTime exit sound effect ( reversed version of entry sound )
. Heartbeat and background sound during BulletTime ( beat is faster when health is below 50 )
. Time scale changes increasingly instead of an instant change

Change for getting the workshop id and creating a file with it's name
