General changes

Global card update
- Added a new interface with player level and card bonuses.
- Cards are now issued for increasing the player's level, not for killing bosses. The level increases for killing creeps.
- A total of 7 types of cards: 5 unique bonuses that the player receives for the entire game, as well as 2 cards with items and gold.

Balance changes
- Reduced creep health by 5% when 1 player plays.
