General changes
- Added a results table at the end of the game. You can also track the status of sending data to the game server.
- Now, if a player disconnects from the game, other players can enter his territory.
- Now the tower sale window appears over the Grimstroke store window.
- Added the radius and description for the modifier for the Preserved Skull item.

Bug fixes
