Cassette drop rate: 0.7 -> 0.3
Cassette drop rate: 0.1 -> 0.025
Vinyl drop rate: 0.2 -> 0.050

Main & EX Rarity Max Multiplier: 5 -> 10

This should make the drop rates more reasonable in higher loot rate servers and instances.

Fixed a sandbox setting tooltip.

- Added a new set of sandbox options that allow you to control whether or not cassettes or vinyls spawn from each individual pack. This has some uses such as disabling vinyl spawns if you don't care about vinyls and don't want them crowding the loot pool, or disabling cassette spawns in containers because you'd rather have them drop from zombies, among other things.

- Replaced "Home Labelled... 'safe and sound'" with "Home Labelled... 'sing along'" because the former literally would not play for some reason. Still not sure why.

- Added a new sandbox option: Zed Drops!
This option allows zombies to drop cassettes on death. It uses a system designed by Albion to have fine control over the rate at which cassettes drop. At base rates, a Zombie will drop a cassette rather infrequently, but the provided sandbox settings give plenty of control over the drop rate. It is only possible for a Zombie to drop a single cassette at a time from each pack--so each pack has different spawn rates. This feature is off by default.

- Fixed Chicago being called "Chicago Band" in a song for some reason. Don't know how I did that.
- Fixed Home Labelled... 'final hours' having an additional apostraphe at the end.
- Fixed an R.E.M. song missing the last period.

Note: Name fixes usually cause their respective cassettes and vinyls to disappear. Some may get 'stuck' in cassette or vinyl players if you happened to have that song in them last. There's nothing I can do to change that, I apologize. :(

- Fixed broken sandbox settings..
- Adjusted default sandbox settings. It turns out that True Music items *do* crowd out other, more valuable loot, and consequently I've set the sandbox settings to a low, user-friendly safe number that will roughly match the baseline drop rate of True Music items in the base mod.
