Uploaded Version 1.1 of the mod.

Current changes:
+ Adds proper Translation support to the mod's items, recipes, and context menus.
* Increased spawn rate of Hand Cranks slightly.
* Fixed some Distribution typos that prevented Hand Cranks from spawning in Electronics Crates

Uploaded Version 1 of the mod.

Current changes:
+ Adds the Hand Crank and Makeshift Hand Crank for recharging batteries.
* Improved battery-related logic for inserting / taking out batteries. Batteries are no longer eaten by flashlights.
