- Blessed Sotek's Chosen can now be obtained via a mission (just like other blessed units)
- set recruitment cost to 0 for Blessed Sotek's Chosen

this unit has been in the mod right from the start, in the early days of WH2, but could never be recruited in campaign until now.

all red crested melee infantry:
- MD +1
- CB +4 (+2 for spears and halberds)
- costs -50 and adjusted upkeep accordingly
